Hello! My name is Pamela and I am a dōTERRA® Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. I am also Aromatouch® Technique Certified which involves an essential oil application along the spine focusing on Stress Management, Immune System Support, Healthy Inflammatory Response and restoring (ANS) Autonomic Nervous System Imbalance.

 

I live in northern Virginia with my husband and 4 kids and 4 dogs. I began using essential oils in 2012 and provide personalized care and guidance on how to use essential oils safely and effectively. I enjoy teaching yoga, meditation, and spin classes.
